Area Services 24 Hour Dispatch is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per
week by specially trained dispatchers who have received intensive training on
customer service, scheduling and emergent and non-emergent call taking.
We have the most state of the art communications equipemnt. Transportation
requests are processed via our call scheduling system or by telephone request
directly to our Communications Center.
The dispatcher monitors all of our requests for services from start to finish.
Transport units are tracked and monitored throughout each leg of the transport
and our call takers are aware of each trucks location throughout the transport.
Transportation routes are monitored for shortest distance and fastest route of travel.
Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service as professionally,
personally and expeditiously as possible to make your medical transportation
experience as least invasive as possible in your time of need.
